We understand the frustration of your purchase not fitting well, so we accept exchange on our bras and garters. However due to hygiene reasons - we do not process exchange for bottoms and bodysuits. We want our customers to have a peace of mind and not worry about issues pertaining to hygiene.
To process an exchange, please ensure that:
- Item/s must be in original condition with tags in place
- Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Due to strict hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.
