WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?

We understand the frustration of your purchase not fitting well, so we accept exchange on our bras and bralettes. However due to hygiene reasons - we do not process exchange for bottoms and bodysuits. We want our customers to have a peace of mind and not worry about issues pertaining to hygiene.

To process an exchange, please ensure that:

  • Item/s must be in original condition with tags in place
  • Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

Due to strict hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.

Do note that all exchanges are final, i.e. exchanged items cannot be further returned or exchanged.

We also do not process cash refunds on our pieces. Refunds will be processed as store credits. 

HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?

Do include:

  • Your order number
  • The reasons for your exchange/refund
  • The details of new size/colour 

Our customer care team will gladly assist with your exchange or refund.

Do note that we have a 14 day returns policy from the date of dispatch. 

Please remember to retain a copy of your proof of postage in case of any lost of delayed parcels. 

ARE RETURNS FREE?

Unfortunately at this point, the shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to us for an exchange or refund will not be covered nor reimbursed by us.

Returns will only be processed upon confirmation on receiving the parcel. Therefore, we strongly advise all customers to return the parcel via a trackable postage service.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE TO BE PROCESSED?

We will do our best to exchange the item within one working day upon receiving your returns. 

In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide this. 

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR THERE IS A FAULT UPON ARRIVAL?

While we hope this never happens, we apologise if it does. If any of the items you receive are damaged, please contact us at hello@innateintimates.com so we can sort it out for you as soon as possible. We will replace a new piece or refund the full amount if it is out of stock.
